Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Learning Series: The DEI Learning Series is intentionally framed in this way to allow faculty and staff to build a shared understanding of topics and concepts (read and watch/listen) before engaging.

Culturally Responsive Curriculum Development Institute: The Culturally Responsive Curriculum Development Institute (CRCDI) is a week-long, summer immersion focused on training and coaching faculty and instructors towards implementation of culturally responsive practices and pedagogy into existing courses of all modalities, including distance and online learning environments.

The Shared Shelf: A monthly book club dedicated to health, justice, and solidarity! The Shared Shelf Book Club encourages vital conversations within the College of Medicine "The book club is something that’s been on the mind of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for a while, but it is part of a broader initiative throughout the College of Medicine to address racism in medicine."

Tips for inclusive and Accessible Classrooms: For quick tips on creating an accessible and inclusive class experience, the Disability Resource Center provided resources for syllabi to course content and media. 

Teaching Resources: CMES offers a variety of resources to help K-14 educators teach their classes about Middle Eastern culture, history, and society. This includes Crises and countering Islamophobia and film guides. 

Tomorrow's Leaders Equipped for Diversity: From speaking up or shutting up to organizational focuses on diversity and inclusion and from diversity in the board room to navigating the first years of your career, the presentations offered by Tomorrow's Leaders Equipped for Diversity presenters are timely, engaging and essential.

EDGE learning that is now available for all students, faculty, and staff to complete! The training is called Spotting Trouble: Understanding Targeted Violence. The training aims to educate our campus community about preventing targeted violence.
